China's SARFT (State Administration of Radio, Film and Television) has granted the country's sixth IPTV license, to Beijing TV Station. This license enables Beijing TV to run network TV and mobile phone TV services in tandem with Beijing Mobile. Other license holders include Shanghai Media Group, China Central Television, SMC, China Radio International, and China National Radio. Beijing TV's license is expected to be issued in March 2007.
